This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website wowcombo.com.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that have not been used and in the original packaging that you received it. A photo or video of the product will be requested before the returns process starts.

WHY ARE WOWCOMBO PRODUCTS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?

WowCombo products are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened or used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE  OR DAMAGED PRODUCT(S). WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please email us at support@wowcombo.com with photos of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order.

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with photos of the product within 7 days of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. Please take photo or video and email us at support@wowcombo.com.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS PROCESS

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option via USPS, UPS, or FedEx insured parcel post because WowCombo will not be responsible for lost returns. Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise, the package may be returned back to you. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
  3. A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products were not opened. Most financial institutions will take an average of 1-5 business days to process the refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided using the tracking link for the customer to investigate.
